HOW IT'S MADE

WE’RE NOT SIMPLY RECYCLING PLASTIC – WE’RE UPCYCLING IT.

UPCYCLING

While recycling involves reprocessing materials into lower-value products, upcycling turns waste into something of higher value and quality.

The plastic we use is often not recycled due to challenges in its collection and processing, as well as the lack of a viable market for the recovered materials.

By upcycling this plastic, we give it a second life as a premium-quality shutter board.

THE UPCYCLING PROCESS

Our upcycling process adds value by transforming what would be discarded into a resource that’s strong, durable, and ready for construction.

COLLECTION & SORTING

Sourcing landfill-bound plastics.

SHREDDING

Preparing material for production.

HEATING & PRESSING

Creating durable boards.

CUTTING & FINISHING

Ensuring quality and precision.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: Tons of plastic are diverted from landfills, and deforestation is reduced by replacing wood materials.
